Jane Hansare
Jane Hansare was born in Norrköping, Sweden. She worked as a physiotherapist in Helsingborg until 2000 when she moved with her husband to Languedoc in France. She has been engaged in watercolour painting since the early 1990's and has attended many courses by well-known painters in Sweden and abroad. Her technique is influenced by the school of Gerlesborg and the Nordic water colour tradition. She paints nature and domestic subjects with a beautiful feeling for light and contrast. She has shown her work in many exhibitions both in France and in Sweden, amongst them the prestigious Nordisk Akvarell in 2004 and 2007. Her studio is in Castelnau de Guers.
Jane Hansare est née à Norrköping, Suède. Elle a travaillé comme physiothérapiste jusqu'en 2000 à Helsingborg, puis s'installe en Languedoc avec son mari. Jane a commencé l'aquarelle en 1990 en travaillant avec plusieurs professeurs suédois de renommée internationale. Sa technique est influencée par l'école Gerlesborg et l'expression nordique traditionnelle.
Elle peint la nature (vivante et morte, objets domestiques,...) avec une grande sensibilité dans les contrastes et la lumière Elle a participé à de nombreuses expositions en France et en Suède dont la prestigieuse expo Nordisk Akvarell en 2004 et 2007. Son atelier est situé à Castelnau de Guers.
